What access do you need, exactly?
Manager access to your Google Business Profile - not edit rights to your whole website, and never anything financial. We use it to verify you're the rightful owner and push corrections, then everything runs from our side. Nobody on your team needs to be available once verification clears.
Why do I need this if I can just update Google myself?
You can, and should, update Google's own listing yourself. The problem is everywhere else - dozens of other directories and aggregators keep the old address, old hours, or a duplicate listing long after Google is fixed. We sync all of them, continuously, so a change made once doesn't have to be re-made in 70 different places.
Can I pay by invoice or raise a PO?
Yes. Email us and we'll send an invoice the same day. Your first month starts once the invoice is approved, not once it clears, so a finance department's payment terms don't hold up verification.
How long until my listings are actually fixed everywhere?
The scan, verification, and initial sync take about two weeks. After that, individual directories move at their own pace - each has its own review cycle, and we can't guarantee a specific publish date for any single partner. What we do guarantee is that we're pushing the correct record to all of them and re-checking - not doing a one-time cleanup and walking away.
